Product Description

Sprint Recovery | 3-Pack — 90 Servings of L-Citrulline & L-Arginine Capsules

Three bottles of Sprint Recovery at the best per-serving price. An amino acid capsule built around the nitric oxide pathway, for sprinters, jumpers, throwers and other explosive-sport athletes training through high-volume blocks.

Developed with multi-event USATF athlete Finn Reiser (6'7" high jump, 22'5" long jump, 136' discus), who advises on training-driven product priorities for RMS Nutrition. Finn is a founder of RMS Nutrition and has a financial interest in the products he advises on.

What is actually in it (per 2-capsule serving)

  • L-Citrulline DL-Malate: 400 mg
  • L-Arginine Hydrochloride: 350 mg
  • L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate: 50 mg
  • Other ingredients: cellulose (vegetable capsule), brown rice flour
  • 30 servings per bottle. 90 servings across the 3-pack. Capsules, not a powder — nothing to mix.

Being straight with you about the dose

Citrulline and arginine are both precursors in the nitric oxide pathway, and citrulline is generally better absorbed than arginine taken on its own.* Most of the published performance and soreness research on citrulline uses doses in the range of 6 to 8 grams. This product provides 400 mg per serving, which is well below that. We would rather print that plainly than let the label imply a research-backed dose it does not carry.

What it is: a convenient, transparently dosed amino acid capsule with no proprietary blends. What it is not: a clinically dosed citrulline supplement, or something we will claim reduces your soreness.

Adults 18 and over. RMS Nutrition sells supplements to adults only. Not for sale to or use by anyone under 18. If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before use.

Competition notice. RMS Nutrition does not hold NSF Certified for Sport, Informed Sport, or any other named banned-substance certification. If you compete under a drug-testing body, check its current prohibited list against this label and talk to your athletic trainer or compliance officer before use.

Questions From Parents & Coaches

Is this safe for my 15-year-old athlete?

RMS Nutrition formulas use structure/function ingredients (like electrolytes, amino acids, and creatine monohydrate) at transparently dosed, full-disclosure amounts — no proprietary blends. As with any supplement for a young athlete, we recommend talking to your athlete's pediatrician or family physician before starting a new product, especially if they have any existing health conditions or take medication. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA; our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Will this affect school or club drug testing?

Every RMS Nutrition batch goes through third-party lab testing, and full sport certification is currently in progress (not yet issued, so we don't claim a named certification today). Prohibited-substance lists differ by governing body (NCAA, USATF, state athletic associations) and change over time, so we recommend checking your product's label against your athlete's specific governing body's current list, and looping in your team's athletic trainer or medical staff before starting any new supplement under drug-testing rules.

What's actually in these supplements?

Full-disclosure Supplement Facts labels on every product — no proprietary blends, so you can see exactly what's in it and how much. Common ingredients across the line include creatine monohydrate, electrolytes, L-citrulline, and L-arginine, each dosed at the amount shown on the label.

How do I know these are good quality?

Every RMS Nutrition batch is third-party lab tested. Named sport certification (e.g. a specific certifying body) is in progress and not yet issued, so we don't use that language until it's official — we'd rather tell you where we actually are than claim something early.

Can I order for my whole team?

Yes — the automatic bundle discount (22% off 3+, 25% off 4+, 30% off 5+ items, applied automatically at checkout) is built for exactly this. For larger team or club orders, reach out through our contact page and we're happy to help.
