About Our Products

Q: Who is behind RMS Nutrition?

RMS Nutrition is founded by Finn Reiser, a Team USA sprinter who competes at the national and international level. Every product is formulated based on what Finn actually uses in his own training and competition. This is not a celebrity endorsement deal - Finn built the formulas, tests every batch, and stakes his athletic career on the quality.

Q: What makes RMS Nutrition different from other supplement brands?

Three things set us apart. First, our products are formulated specifically for explosive, high-intensity athletes like sprinters, not for general fitness or bodybuilding. Second, we use fully transparent labels with no proprietary blends - you see every ingredient and exact dose. Third, our founder is an active elite athlete who competes on these products. If they do not work at the highest level, they do not make it to the shelf.

Q: Are your products safe for drug-tested athletes?

Our products are manufactured in a GMP-certified facility with strict quality controls. However, we always recommend that competitive athletes review the specific ingredient list against their sport's governing body banned substance list before using any supplement. We are working toward NSF Certified for Sport certification, which provides third-party testing for banned substances.

Q: Are your products vegan/vegetarian friendly?

Most of our products are suitable for vegetarian diets. Please check the specific product page for detailed ingredient information and dietary compatibility. If you have specific dietary concerns, email us at support@rmslabs.store and we will help you find the right products.

Q: Do you use artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners?

We minimize artificial ingredients across our product line. Our formulas are designed to be clean and effective. Specific ingredient details are listed on each product page with full transparency.


Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! New customers get 15% off with code WELCOME15 at checkout. We also offer a Buy 3+ Get 15% Off automatic discount on orders of 3 or more items. Follow us on social media and join our email list for exclusive offers and flash sales.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@rmslabs.store as soon as possible if you need to make changes. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually accommodate modifications or cancellations. Once shipped, we cannot modify the order.

Q: Do you offer subscriptions or auto-ship?

We are currently developing a subscription program that will offer additional savings for regular customers. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when subscriptions launch.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is being evaluated and we hope to expand to additional countries soon. Sign up for our email list for updates.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days, please contact support@rmslabs.store.

Q: Can I take multiple RMS products together?

Absolutely! Our products are designed to work together as a complete performance system. The most popular combinations are:

Q: When should I take each product?

Here is the recommended timing:

  • NitroSprint: 20-30 minutes before training
  • HydroSprint: Start 45 minutes before and sip during training
  • BrainBolt: Morning with breakfast (daily)
  • Sprint Recovery: Within 30 minutes after training
  • Fascia Fuel: Morning with food (daily)

Q: How long before I see results?

Most athletes notice energy and focus benefits from NitroSprint and BrainBolt within the first use. Products like Fascia Fuel and Sprint Recovery show compounding benefits over 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use. For best results, use products consistently for at least 30 days.

Q: What if a product does not work for me?

We stand behind every product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@rmslabs.store. We want every customer to be happy with their RMS experience and we will work with you to find a solution.


Returns & Satisfaction

Q: What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@rmslabs.store. We will work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@rmslabs.store with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
