Who is RMS Nutrition built for?
RMS Nutrition is built exclusively for sprinters and explosive track and field athletes. Every formula is designed around the specific demands of the phosphagen system, repeat sprint performance, connective tissue health, and pre-race mental state. If you train in a gym and want to bulk up, we're probably not the right brand. If you run the 100m, 200m, 400m, hurdles, or relays — you're exactly who we built this for.

Who founded RMS Nutrition?
Finn Reiser — Team USA sprinter, NCAA competitor in the 100m and 200m. RMS was built because nothing on the market was designed for what he actually does. Every formula is sprint-specific, clinically-dosed, and transparently labeled.

Are your products drug-test safe?
Yes. All RMS Nutrition products are formulated to be WADA and NCAA compliant. NitroSprint (organic beetroot concentrate) contains zero prohibited substances. BrainBolt carries third-party sport certification — every batch is tested for WADA prohibited substances before it ships. We never use proprietary blends, and every ingredient is fully disclosed on the label.

What does HydroSprint do?
HydroSprint combines 5g creatine monohydrate with a full electrolyte panel (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium). Creatine extends the phosphocreatine stores that fuel the first 10 seconds of maximal effort — backed by 680+ clinical trials. The electrolytes solve the reason most sprinters quit creatine: without them, creatine pulls fluid into muscle cells and dehydrates surrounding tissue, causing the bloating, heavy legs, and hamstring pulls most athletes blame on the creatine itself.

Do I need to do a creatine loading phase with HydroSprint?
No. 5g daily achieves full muscle saturation in 3–4 weeks without a loading phase. Loading (20g/day for 5–7 days) is unnecessary and causes GI distress on meet mornings. Take one scoop daily at any time — consistency matters more than timing for creatine.

What does NitroSprint do?
NitroSprint delivers organic beetroot concentrate standardized for dietary nitrate content. Nitric oxide preferentially increases blood flow to type II fast-twitch muscle fibers — the ones that generate your acceleration. Can I stack NitroSprint with a pre-workout?
Do not stack NitroSprint with any pre-workout containing caffeine. Caffeine negates the nitrate-to-nitric oxide conversion that makes beetroot work. Also avoid antibacterial mouthwash on race and training days — it kills the oral bacteria needed for nitrate-to-nitrite conversion. Take NitroSprint on its own, 2–3 hours before competition.

What does Fascia Fuel do?
Fascia Fuel delivers grass-fed hydrolyzed collagen peptides under 3kDa — absorbed as bioactive dipeptides that signal fibroblasts to build connective tissue. The Keith Baar UC Davis study showed 15g of vitamin C-enriched collagen consumed 1 hour before exercise doubled blood markers of collagen synthesis. Vitamin C is included in every serving. The target: tendons, fascia, and the connective tissue implicated in most sprint injuries.

How long before I feel results from Fascia Fuel?
Weeks 1–3: You won't feel a dramatic difference. Collagen synthesis happens at a structural level. Weeks 4–6: reduced joint and tendon soreness, faster recovery. What does BrainBolt do?

What does Sprint Recovery do?

When should I take Sprint Recovery?
Take it during your warmdown from your previous race — 60–90 minutes before your next heat. The nitrate-to-NO conversion cascade takes time; taking it right before your next event means it hasn't worked yet. For best results, use it daily for 3+ days leading into a meet (chronic loading produces more consistent results than a single acute dose).
